Operation Ajay: 212 Indians Return Safely from Israel Amid Conflict
1 min readUnder the banner of ‘Operation Ajay,’ 212 Indian citizens returned to India from Israel during the ongoing conflict. Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar warmly welcomed them upon their arrival in Delhi.
The special flight, carrying students and other citizens, departed from Tel Aviv and marked the beginning of efforts to bring back the 18,000 Indians stranded in Israel. The Ministry of External Affairs is focused on ensuring the safe return of Indian citizens from the war-torn region, and this initiative aims to achieve that.
The conflict in Israel-Palestine has prompted the government to launch ‘Operation Ajay’ to facilitate the repatriation of its citizens.
