Cycle Rally Promotes Awarenes: On October 2, 2023, a Cycle Rally from Headquarters Central Air Command to Sangam and back served as a means to raise awareness about the upcoming Air Display scheduled for October 8, 2023, at Sangam. The event commenced with the flag-off by Dr. (Mrs.) Suneeta Kapoor, President of AFFWA (Regional). Air Marshal RGK Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Central Air Command, led a spirited team of 35 Air Warriors who enthusiastically participated in the rally. Despite heavy rains, the rally successfully reached Sangam near VIP Ghat.
During the rally, announcements were made to inform the public about the visibility of the aerial display from various locations, including Sangam Ghat, Saraswati Ghat, Arail Ghat, Jhusi area of Sangam, Shastri Bridge, and the surrounding areas. The event effectively conveyed the message of the upcoming aerial display to the citizens of Sangam Nagari.
Cycle Rally Promotes Awarenes: Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, AOC-in-C, also took the opportunity to highlight the rich history of aviation in Prayagraj, mentioning that the first aircraft flight in India took place from Naini in 1911. Additionally, he commended the efforts in the Swachhata Abhiyan (cleanliness campaign) and honored the workers who contributed to maintaining cleanliness in the Sangam area. AOC-in-C expressed gratitude to the media and media personnel for their efforts in spreading awareness about the upcoming aerial display, urging the public to attend the event in large numbers.

The rally also provided an opportunity for the youth of Prayagraj to learn about various exciting career options within the Indian Air Force. The enthusiastic spirit of the air warriors participating in the rally was met with cheers from passersby in the city.
