Actress Prakruti Mishra on Tuesday moved the Orissa High Court alleging police inaction regarding the FIR her parents had lodged against actor Babushaan’s wife Trupti Satapathy and others.
Prakruti Mishra’s father Manmath Mishra on July 23 had lodged a formal complaint at the Kharvel Nagar police station in connection with the harassment of the Odia actress.
In the complaint, Manmath Mishra had alleged that wife of Odia actor Babushan, Turpti Sathpathy had manhandled Prakruti Mishra in full public view. Several videos of the entire incident have also gone viral on social media.
In one of the videos that went viral, Babushaan’s wife, Trupti Satapathy, can be heard saying that the actress is responsible for the dispute in her conjugal life. Another Video shows Trupti pulling Prakruti’s hair while she was on her way to the airport with Babushaan.
