A boat in Konark that was carrying flood-affected people reportedly capsized at Khandiakuda village on Tuesday.
The people who were on board were rescued by the ODRAF team.
Sources said that a boat that was engaged in the Konark area to evacuate the flood affected was carrying as many as 25 locals. It capsized all of a sudden in the flood water. As a result, the passengers remained stranded inside water for a long time. The ODRAF team rescued them before they were carried away by the flood water.
