Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has reached at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack to witness the second T20 international match between India and South Africa on Sunday.
Earlier, the Chief Minister met BCCI president Sourav Ganguly at Naveen Niwas. Ganguly is in Odisha to witness the match at Barabati Stadium.
