India logged 2,487 fresh daily Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, informed the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Sunday.
According to the Union Health Ministry’s data, the active cases in the country currently stand at 17,692. Active cases presently constitute 0.04% of the country’s total positive cases.
The weekly positivity rate stands at 0.62% while the daily positivity rate is reported to be 0.61%.
Meanwhile, the total recoveries reached 4,25,79,693 in India yesterday after a total of 2,878 people recovered from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. India’s recovery rate currently stands at 98.74%.
