The brutal husband drowned his wife in the pool.
An unfortunate incident took place in Ramchandrapur village under Kalda panchayat of Parajang police station in Dhenkanal district.
Dillip Behera of the village has lodged a complaint with the Parajang police station alleging that his 40-year-old wife Lakshmi Behera drowned in a village pond. According to reports, Lakshmi had been suffering from paralysis for several months.
Today, Dillip bathed his wife in the pool. He sent his son out of the store to pay her a hundred bucks. Later, his wife Lakshmi is alleged to have drowned in the pool. Upon hearing the news, Parajang police and firefighters arrived at the scene and rescued the dead body. “It simply came to our notice then. It is learned that Lakshmi’s husband Dillip Behera has returned. The SDPO arrived at the scene and is investigating.
