Binika 23-04: (Akshay Kumar Pujahari): Dhirendra Kumar Nayak, Principal, Binika Siddhartha Degree College, Subarnapur District, received his PhD in Economics at the 31st Convocation of Sambalpur University from His Excellency Governor and Chancellor Prof. Ganeshi Lal. There has been a lot of excitement in the district and in the Binika area.
