The Rayagada district administration has resumed joint hearings.
Rayagada-18 / 04- (Dhaneshwar Raut) – After a gap of two years, the Rayagada district administration has resumed its joint hearing from today. The hearing was attended by District Magistrate Shri Saroj Kumar Mishra, Superintendent of Police Shri Vivekananda Sharma, Project Director of Rural Development Agency Shri Ravi Narayan Tripathi, Deputy District Magistrate Shri Pratap Chandra Pradhan, District Education Officer Shri Purna Chandra Bariha. Mr. Ramesh Chandra Nayak, Child Protection Officer, Mr. Basant Pradhan, District Information and Public Relations Officer, Yajnaseni Behera, District Social Welfare Officer, were present at the hearing.
A total of 22 complaints were received by the district commissioner today, of which 21 were personal complaints and one was a complaint from a villager. After receiving the allegations, the district magistrate instructed the departmental officials to resolve the matter immediately. From today, on the first Monday of each month, at the district level and on other Mondays, on which date the grievances will be heard in which blocks, the concerned group development officials have been informed.
