Summer vacations for the school students are likely to be cut short this year. In order to compensate for the corona fallout, the school and Mass Education Department is getting ready to confine the summer vacation to two weeks.
In view of compensating for the academic losses of the students due to the intervention of the Corona pandemic, the School and Mass Education Department is planning to crop the summer vacation. Summer vacation is likely to break from the second week of May and last at the month-end, said sources.
The summer vacation which was almost one month or more than that in the yesteryears, which is relatively extended according to the intensity of the summer, will be reduced to almost two weeks.
