A postman drowned in a pond.
15/04 :Deogarh(Bibekananda Sahu): N.N.C.7: A man drowned in a pond in Kendeijuri village under Tileibani block Kansar Fandi. The deceased was identified as Sudam Chhatriya, 45, a postal worker. According to reports, Sudam accidentally drowned while bathing in the dam at around 1.30pm today. He was rescued from the water by a group of villagers, but was pronounced dead at the scene. The villagers informed the family and the police. As of press time, the body was found at the scene.
