Awareness programs have been set up at various places in Budaguda panchayat to prevent tuberculosis.
Raigad-10 / 04- (Dhaneshwar Raut) – The Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of India and the Government of India and the Government of India from March 24 to April 13 in all parts of the country and the state for the purpose of making India a tuberculosis-free India. TB or tuberculosis awareness programs, cough exams, awareness rallies, village sweepstakes, swearing-in ceremonies and roadside dramas have been held in many places in Budaguda village panchayat under Kalyansinghpur block of Rayagada district on the occasion of Tuberculosis Harib Bharat Jitib program.
Under the slogan “Tuberculosis will win the country, the people of Budaguda village” Budaguda, Alanda, Kadalichua, Gurutuli and many other places, led by Kalyansinghpur group health officer Meena Kumari Samal, rallied in the presence of Asha and Anganwadi workers. CHO Meena Kumari Samal briefly explained to students about tuberculosis at a government high school in Budaguda on Saturday.
A roadside drama was performed by Asha and Anganwadi workers in Kadalichua village on Sunday in which Asha didi included Hem Ganta, N. Krishna Beni Sademani Hial, Saraka Bangari, Akama Hika, Pankajini Gaud, M. Sairandi and Anganwadi. Locals and intellectuals have lauded the public awareness campaign.
