Thousands of civilians were at a train station in the eastern Ukraine city of Kramatorsk when a missile strike hit the building, killing at least 30 people and wounding over 100 others, the Donetsk regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said on Friday. Kyrylenko said the station was “a gathering point for evacuation to safer parts of Ukraine.”
