Bhubaneswar: Good news for educated youth in the state. The state government has announced the appointment of 476 nos of Lecturer. The recruitment process will be carried out by the State Selection Board (SSB), which operates under the Department of Higher Education. The Odisha Higher Education Department will fill four vacancies in non-government auxiliary colleges in various departments in the state.
According to a letter to the SSB, links will be provided for online registration and test fee for mega recruitment drive. The link was issued on April 13 at 1 p.m. The SSB has been set up by the state government to maintain the educational qualifications of non-governmental educational institutions by the state government. SSB has made significant contributions to the selection and monitoring of quality staff for the development of education for the general public in educationally and economically backward areas.

Educational qualifications
Candidates have a master’s degree in related fields from an accredited university
General category – At least 55 percent marks in related subjects.
SC, ST, SEBC and PwD categories – at least 50 per cent marks in related subjects.
Age

Must be under 21 years of age and under 42 years of age
The age group will be eligible for SC, ST, SEBC and PwD candidates
Salary
According to the ORSP Rules, 2017 (Pay Matrix – Level 10), the candidate has a monthly salary of Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400.
In addition, the Dearness Allowance from time to time for teachers of non-governmental colleges in Odisha is accepted.
