Raigad-01 / 08- (Dhaneshwar Raut) – All the state and non-government organizations in the state and in all districts are celebrating this day on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the formation of a separate state of Odisha. In this regard, the Rezila administration has laid a wreath at the statue of the late Krishna Chandra Gajapati, the head of the special Utkal Pradesh Ghat, located at Gajapati Chowk in Rayagada district headquarters sub-division.
Similarly, Utkal Day has been observed at Sikarpai village in Kalyansinghpur block and the second oldest government high school in the block. Ishwar Gopal Cheti, a former student of the current Mo Vidyalaya Abhiyan and a well-known contractor, Chit Ranjan Gaantha, former president of Chit Ranjan Gaantha, and Basudev Martha, headmaster of Ranjit Kumar Giri, the chief guest, were present for the overall improvement of the school. The students joined. Similarly, all block offices were observed in the panchayat office. Speaking at the event, Mr. Rath said, “Mother Earth is our mother tongue, our soul, so we are grateful for the new organization of the youth group, and in the coming days, everyone should come together and celebrate more pompously.”
The Sikarpai program was attended by local Sarpanch Chaitan Tiaka, Budaguda Sarpanch Sriram Kadraka, Block Vice-Chancellor Jagannath Kanjka, Chief Speaker Retired Medical Assistant Vishnu Charan Rath, Organizer Ma Majhi Ghariani Entertainment Trust Chief Superintendent.
