Two women were killed when a brick-and-mortar truck overturned
In Rayagada district, accidents have been on the rise for some time now. Similarly, a tragic road accident took place today when two women were killed when their vehicle overturned while carrying a brick-laden tractor near HP Gas Depot under Rayagada district Muniguda police station. Vehicle number OD 18H7455 was on its way to deliver bricks from the brick kiln to the people who had distributed the bricks for some reason.The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a crowd of protesters, many of them women. Police arrived at the scene and transferred him to the Muniguda Community Health Center. IC Mrs. Sujani Sahu Bishamkatak S DPO Mr. Akash Chandra Sahu filed a case at the police station and handed over the body to the family after autopsy.The deceased have been identified as Lake Nunduka, Eleme Hicka of Merka Bandili village. The government is investigating and is seeking compensation from the families of the victims.
