Subarnapur's Budharja organization has given a different message to the younger generation of the society by celebrating Valentine's Day as Women's Protection, Blood Donation and Service Day.
Binika 14-2 The Golden Age Club, a leading social organization in the city of Subarnapur district, has celebrated Valentine's Day as Women's Protection and Honor Day or Service Day on this occasion. Organizing the camp l Dr. Shankar Ram Chandani, Associate Professor, Burla Bhimsar, was the chief guest at the event organized by the Budharja Club, while the distinguished social worker Srivatsa Mallick, Deputy Mayor Prakash Sahu inaugurated the blood donation camp and organized an ambulance service. "It simply came to our notice then that the poorest of the poor could get this service at a very low cost. In some cases, the ambulance would provide free services. The ambulance service has been launched from today in collaboration with the voluntary organization and some generous people." Today, 60 people have donated blood in Subarnapur and 24 in Birmaharajpur branch. The townspeople have highly praised the organization’s dedicated service work even in times of crisis, such as Karona, while working in the field.
